dorzolamide:   Carbonic anhydrase inhibitor

Usage The preservative-free, single container preparation can reduce surface toxicity and
enhance compliance.
Contraindications
timolol

Bronchial asthma, a history of bronchial asthma, COPD, sinus bradycardia,
second or third degree atrioventricular block, overt cardiac failure, cardiogenic shock.

brimonidine

neonates and infants (under the age of 2 years)

dorzolamide

Sulfonamide hypersensitivity.

latanoprost

Latanoprost hypersensitivity
Pediatric use Safety and effectiveness in pediatric patients have not been established.
Pregnancy Category C   Embryofetal lethality shown in rats and rabbits at clinically relevant doses.
1. The "AM combination" Tim-Brim-Dor™ is similar but lacks latanaprost (daily dosing).
Bottle with one way valve requires refrigeration.
Individual drugs are FDA approved but the combination is not.
