Dosing/ EKC | Pretreat with topical anesthesia. Instill 4-5 gtt Betadine 5%, pt rolls eyes 60 seconds. Treat margins with soaked swab. Then lavage with sterile saline. Post treat with topical NSAID. (Some advocate Rx Lotemax qid for 4 or 5 days and oral pain med on day 1.) |
