Usage | Indicated for mydriasis in routine diagnostic procedures. Provides mydriasis with partial cycloplegia. Slightly less dilation than tropicamide 1% with phenylephrine 2.5% |

Onset - 15min. Max about 40 - 60min. Recovery in 6-8 hrs. (24hrs occasionally). | ||
Contraindications | Primary glaucoma, narrow anterior chamber angle, hypersensitivity to any component of the product. |

Pediatric use | May rarely cause dangerous CNS disturbances. Psychotic reactions, behavioral disturbances, and vasomotor or cardiorespiratory collapse in children have been reported with the use of anticholinergic drugs. |
